Self-Pay / Cash-Based Care
We offer transparent, straightforward self-pay pricing for patients who prefer to pay out of pocket or who may not be using insurance.
Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy
- Initial Visit: $160
- Half-Hour Session: $40
- Full-Hour Session: $80
Self-pay care allows for flexible scheduling, personalized treatment plans, and one-on-one time focused entirely on your recovery goals.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy sessions are available as a standalone service or as part of your overall plan of care.
- Full Session (approximately 55 minutes): $80
- Half Session (approximately 25 minutes): $40
Insurance Options
We also work with insurance for physical therapy and occupational therapy services.
