Sam has over 15 years of experience working in the field of physical therapy. She graduated from the Florida School of Massage in 2006 and completed both her undergrad and graduate degrees at the University of Florida (Go Gators!) Sam holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and specializes in trauma recovery. She is a manager at ReQuest overseeing our patient care coordinators and massage therapists. She also does patient education and outreach within the Gainesville community and would be happy to answer any questions that you may have about starting therapy with us.
In her free time, you will find Sam somewhere outdoors – she loves hiking and camping with her husband and son.
