Tiffany is a graduate of the Massage and Hydrotherapy program at Florida School of Massage and special education from the University of Florida. She practices client-empowered massage therapy that supports body awareness, pain relief, and wellness. Tiffany combines her experience as a special educator, disability advocate, and body worker to create a safe space for clients to be heard and met exactly where they are. Her work is guided by two core values: integrity and whole-heartedness.
Tiffany offers restorative massage that includes full body relaxation to bring the body into the parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) mode, deeper fascia work with connective tissue therapy, specific neuromuscular therapy to address trigger points and referral pain, polarity energy balancing, and Thai yoga massage.
Tiffany spends a lot of time in nature – paddling rivers, hiking through forests, and camping. You can find her out in the community at yoga and meditation classes or riding her bike. Tiffany wishes to live her one precious life enjoying it to the fullest and believes wellness of the body, mind, and spirit is key for all of us.
