Shauna Lillywhite received a degree in Fine Arts/ Photography from UF in 2000. She became fascinated with Kinesiology after receiving several massages from her neighbor who went through massage school in 2004. She wanted to understand how the muscles function and how pathologies set into the muscular and nervous systems. She attended the Florida School of Massage in 2005 and joined the Request team in 2006. Her primary focus is in postural reset, neuromuscular modalities, fascial and scar tissue release. Specifically working with neurological cues to reset habitual postures/ holding patterns that lead to pain and functional problems.
Shauna is an avid traveler and has been to 14 different countries and about 2/3 of the states. She loves nature and takes every opportunity to commune. You will find her snorkeling in the Ichetucknee regularly or out on the water for the full moon rise. Her latest travels have been hiking trips to southern Utah, an area that is very special to her.
